Served as your District Attorney for the Enotah Judicial Circuit since 1999.
1991-1998 Private practice handling criminal cases, domestic relations and real estate.
1992-1994 County Attorney for Union County
1987-1991 Legal Counsel to Governor Joe Frank Harris.
Admitted to the practice of law in 1986.
Leadership
Prosecuting Attorneys' Council - 2004- Current. I am one of six District
Attorneys in the State of Georgia currently serving on this council. This council is the governing body for prosecution
in Georgia responsible for providing training to prosecuting attorneys, personnel services to District Attorney's offices,
and assistance to District Attorneys in specialized cases.
District Attorneys' Association - Served the following offices:
2003-2004 - President
2002-2003 - Vice President
2001-2002 - Treasurer
Leadership Georgia - Chosen in 2003 as one of fifty people in Georgia
to participate. Remain an alumni.
